A phinisi anchored in a sheltered bay

Duration silo · Bespoke

Tell us the week you want. We will draft it.

Not a package with substitutions. You choose the islands, the activities, the boat arrangement and the dates — we turn that into a workable route around sailing times and tides.

What bespoke means here

You pick, we handle the logistics

You do not need to know sailing distances, harbour departure windows or which park zones need which permit. That part is our job.

You tell us what matters. We sequence it so the days you care about get the right light, the right tide and enough time on site.

  • Re-sequenced around the stops you rate highest
  • Sites you did on a previous trip dropped, not repeated
  • Revised until it matches what you actually want

Four decisions

What a custom itinerary is assembled from

Everything else follows from these. You can answer them in a single message.

  • The islands

Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo or Rinca, Kanawa, Kelor, Manta Point — pick what matters.

  • The activities

Diving, snorkelling, trekking, or slow sailing and sunsets on deck.

  • Cabin or boat

Share the vessel, or take every cabin and every decision with it.

  • Dates and length

Typically 2 to 7 nights. Longer voyages toward Raja Ampat on request.

  • The pace

Front-load the highlights, or spread them and keep afternoons empty.

  • The occasion

Honeymoon, family pacing, a proposal, a milestone birthday.

The usual shortlist

Stops most itineraries are built around

Tell us which of these you want and which you have already seen. The route rearranges around the answer.

Panorama from the Padar Island ridge Sunrise viewpoint

Padar Island

The three-bay ridge. Worth anchoring overnight for, to climb it before the fleet.

Komodo or Rinca

Ranger-guided. Rinca is shorter and closer; Komodo Island is bigger and harder going.

A manta ray over the reef Manta swim

Manta Point

Snorkel or dive. Best on the morning tide, and roughly November to April.

Boats anchored off Kelor Island Reef snorkel

Kanawa & Kelor

Clear water and short island walks. The stops that make a day feel unhurried.

Divers and snorkellers usually want more time at fewer sites rather than a rushed multi-stop day. Say so and the schedule is built with surface intervals rather than around them.

The decision that shapes the budget

Cabin-only or the full boat

This moves both your privacy and your price more than the number of nights does.

Total control

Full-boat charter

  • Every cabin, every crew member, every decision
  • Set the wake-up time, add or drop a stop mid-trip
  • Travel only with the people you invited

Budget route

Cabin-only booking

  • You share the vessel and the common areas
  • The itinerary's decision points are fixed in advance
  • The friendlier option for solo travellers and couples

A custom itinerary is genuinely custom only on a full-boat charter. On a shared cabin the broad route is set before you board.

The process

Five steps, none of them a form

This is a conversation. Nothing is locked until the plan reads the way you want it to.

  1. 1

    Share priorities

Dates or a window, group size, and what matters most.

  2. 2

    Cabin or boat

Individual cabins or the whole vessel, and how many guests.

  3. 3

    Receive a draft

Day-by-day route, activity blocks and estimated sailing times.

  4. 4

    Adjust until it fits

Swap a dive site for a trek, add a night, shift the departure.

  5. 5

    Confirm and sail

Vessel, boarding point and what to bring.

On pricing

Cost scales with nights, vessel class, cabin count and season, so we quote against your dates rather than publish a rate card. Meals, drinks, dive equipment and add-ons are itemised so you can see what each part costs.

Or start from a proven route

Take one of these and change it

Most bespoke itineraries begin as one of the standard lengths with two or three days rewritten.

If you specifically want a traditional wooden vessel rather than a modern yacht, the phinisi page covers what those boats offer.

  • A draft route, not a brochure
  • Revised until it actually fits
  • Everything itemised in the quote
